Shipping & Delivery
: We ship as soon as possible following payment. This often leads to receipt of your order in as little as 2 days, however, it can be up to 7 days.


Privacy & Security
: We will not share any of your private details or information with any other parties, no-one has asked us to, but we'd say no. As far as payment and card details are concerned, Paypal deals with all of that side, securely, on their servers.
Returns & Replacements
: Problem with an order? Simply contact us using the link at the bottom of the page, and we will endeavour to work with you, and find the best solution.
Ordering
: The order system we have in place is hopefully one of the more straightforward you are likely to encounter, find a design you like, then, from the drop down boxes, choose a garment, a size, and then a colour, enter a quantity into the box, then add to cart.; Once you have completed your shopping, click on Proceed to Checkout, and follow the steps through 1-6, it guides you through, step by step, and you can register, or purchase as a guest


Viewing Orders
: As a registered customer, you can view previous orders, as well as leave reviews, 'tag' items, create and view wishlists, to do this, click on 'log in' in the top right hand corner, enter your log i details, then click on 'My Account', and choose from the relevant link on the left.
Updating Account Information: Once logged in, click on My Account, and using Account Information, you can update your name, email address and change your password, and with Address Book, you can update your address details.
